  • CALL FORWARDING

    Automatic call forwarding with selective rules eliminates the need for human intervention. Rules include; busy, no answer and unconditional.

  • CALL PARK

    This feature lets a user park a call. Parking a call is similar to placing a call on hold, except that when a call is parked the line is freed up for normal use (unlike hold, which ties up a line).

  • CALL QUEUING

    The I-Net Hosted PBX call queuing feature will allow customers to place their callers in a queue while they wait for the next available agent or representative. This feature is ideal for the small business that receives incoming calls into functional areas such as sales, technical support, customer service and much more.

  • CALL WAITING

    Lets a user receive and answer a call on the same line that is currently busy. If desired, the user can then use a feature button to switch back and forth between two calls.

  • OUTLOOK INTEGRATION

    We now have Outlook Integration so you can click to dial from your Outlook contacts via SIP Tapi software (Software included in price)

  • ABBREVIATED DIAL

    Allows the creation of a speed dial list of up to 100 entries that is activated by using a star code. (You can also have speed dials set up on the Astra handsets as well as directory increasing the quick dial numbers to 300)

  • AUTO-ATTENDANT

    Auto-attendant is a powerful automated business service that replaces the need for a receptionist. Unlimited enterprise recordable voice messages guide callers to the desired party with integrated touch-tone call routing based on programmable menus, dial by extension, time out handling, time-of-day routing, etc.

  • CONFERENCE FACILITY

    A full-featured Conference Facility provides a way to hold meetings involving participants from multiple sites, saving travel time and expenses for all involved. You can set a limit to the number of people on the conference or leave it limitless.

  • CALL RECORDING

    Can record all inbound calls on specified numbers or record all calls on certain handsets whether outbound or inbound.

  • HUNT GROUPS

    Calls are directed to groups of users for increased call coverage. This can be in a circular motion i.e. it try’s one extension for 5 seconds then moves onto the next extension and round the group or it can ring everyone in the group at the same time. This feature is bespoke so that for example you could ring 5 phones for 10 seconds then move into a circular motion for 5 seconds to each phone.

  • VOICE MAIL – TO EMAIL

    Our business-class voicemail is a powerful business service tool that is available when you cannot answer the phone. Voicemail notification via email – if you have access to an email account, you can receive either a voicemail alert notification or voicemail audio file attachment via email. You can also forward it to your mobile, listen to voice mails via attached email and return the call directly from voicemail message.

  • CLASSES OF SERVICE

    Classes of service allow you to control which numbers telephones may call. The called number is matched against the prefixes in the class of service, and the longest matching prefix is used. For example, calls to international numbers can be barred except for a single number which is specifically permitted. Alternatively, a single number can be barred if an employee is making unauthorised calls to it.

  • CALL PICK UP AND DIRECTED CALL PICK UP

    Allows users to pick up another users calls by dialing **#. This will pick up the longest ringing call. You can also ring *** followed by the extension number to pick up a specified users calls.

  • CALLER ROUTES

    Allows calls to be directed in a specified way by the area code they call from. For example you can specify all calls from the Manchester area code to go to your Manchester office.

  • VOIP (VOICE OVER IP)

    IP telephone systems (IP PBX), IP Phones from Snom, Yealink and Polysom, VOIP Gateways to IP enable existing phone systems and VoIP GSM Gateways. VoIP Phones and SIP telephone products for connection to IP PBX Phone Systems.
